We are recruiting a Procurement Business Partner AME that would be the part of our Global Indirect Procurement team, which delivers value and enables the business to be successful.
This role will have responsibility for Maghreb, West Africa region and other AME countries and will work closely with the business leaders in the country(s) to ensure that the country(s) business requirements are clearly understood, appropriately challenged, and considered in the Category and Sub-Category strategies (Demand management) ;
Establish close working relationships with the Category/Sub-Category Managers to ensure that Category/Sub-Category strategies are fully deployed in the country(s). By developing and maintaining close working relationships with the various business leaders in the country(s) ensure that Indirect Procurement is able to deliver appropriate savings to the P/L on a consistent and sustainable basis ;
Provide tailored Procurement solutions for the business where the business requirements cannot be met by a Category/Sub-Category strategy or existing buying channel ;
Act as an ambassador of Procurement and Global Sourcing and be the country(s) champion for all Procurement policies, processes, and tools.

Be the face of procurement to the country(s) business management team, ensuring they are aware of and actively support procurement policies, processes and tools in the country(s) and ensuring that Indirect Procurement is fully aware of the challenges, opportunities, and priorities of the country(s)
Drive successful adaption and help realize the full potential of Ariba in country(s)
Ensure the deployment of Category and Sub-Category strategies in the country(s)
Ensure the alignment of the procurement BP and Category Management teams to ensure the savings/benefits associated with the deployment and leveraging of Category/Sub-Category strategies are fully realized in the country(s)
In cases where the business requirement cannot be covered by an existing procurement channel or Category/Sub-Category strategy, design and execute tailored (custom) solutions, to include running sourcing events, supplier evaluation and selection, contracting, and appropriate contract management on an on-going basis
Ensure the Procurement Savings Tool is used consistently throughout the country(s) and that it is accurate and able to drive the delivery of targets
Work closely with country(s) finance management to embed joint processes and handle escalations from functions
Ensure the Indirect Procurement function in the country(s) is fully compliant with all relevant policies and processes
Promoting Indirect Procurement achievements
Deliver the agreed savings within the country(s) ensuring no adverse impact on quality and time requirements
