Missions
Analyze and evaluate current systems and structures.
Develop objectives, strategies and plans aimed at achieving customer satisfaction and the efficient use of organizations' resources.
Interview personnel and conduct on-site observation to ascertain unit functions, work performed, and methods, equipment and personnel used.
Prepare and recommend proposals to revise methods and procedures, alter workflows, redefine job functions and resolve organizational problems.
Requirements
Strong leadership skills
You have more than 8 years of experience
Consulting and training skills and the ability to educate the business owners they work with.
The capacity to lead and work as part of a team.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to find unique solutions to problems.
