- Fluency in French and English is an essential prerequisite
- Knowledge of unified communications technologies
- Knowledge of equipment configuration (SBC Audiocode)
- Knowledge of the Microsoft Teams environment and its ecosystem
- Know one/several domain(s) technical environment
- Master service management
- Know your processes
- Know how to communicate with the project team (project manager, lead engineer) and the client if necessary.
- Be rigorous and reliable
- Ability to work in rotational shift
- Microsoft Teams certification appreciated, but not mandatory
