Position Summary
Support daily IT problems and ensure the proper functioning of the IT infrastructure and production-related systems (Manufacturing systems & Digitalization).
Your Role
As an IT Engineer, you will be in charge of these various accountabilities:
Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.
Monitor and maintain local servers and systems (ESX, Net app, VMs, etc.)
Manage the local equipment and ensure its installation, maintenance, updates and the corresponding logistics (routers, firewalls, switches, WAP, PCs, label printers, MFG scanners, mobile and telecommunications devices).
Support production systems in everything related to implementation, preventive actions and problems (KSK, ALS, DCIX, CAD, SAP...)
Support digitalization systems in everything related to implementation, preventive actions and problems (DPO, SCADA, HR Initiatives, Quality Auditor, Holestech ...)
Support the site in the field or call conferences in case of major problems (diagnosis, analysis, opening of high priority tickets, being the POC of the factory with the group's IT teams, the helpdesk and suppliers).
Work closely with all departments to ensure the successful start of new plant projects.
Ensure the security of the system and the network for all non-DGD and Digitization machines.
Ensure the receipt of the material, the delivery to the end users and the capitalization process with the financial department.
Manage the team of IT technicians.
Your Background
Bac+5 / Engineering degree in Computer Engineering (or equivalent)
Advanced English is mandatory
Leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
Results oriented, synthesis and analytical spirit are required
