MCO (Morocco - Tunisia - Libya) Launch Excellence:
Position Purpose :
Have a strategic vision on the portfolio of products and their evolution over time (portfolio prioritization)
Lead the development or transfer or importation of new products from the Go decision of the project to the launch of the product in the market.
Lead the portfolio rationalization, global & local divens, pruning
Follow up/optimize time, costs and budget
Evaluate launches process and launches performance
Education and Experience:
Double competence: Biomedical / Marketing & commercial
Experience of at least 5 to 10 years in pharmaceutical industry
Professional Knowledge and Skills:
Strategic and innovative Thinking
Business and Customer Minded
Knowledge of product development constraints and processes
Initiate new and improved ways of working
Good financial acumen
Key competencies:
Very good knowledge of the pharmaceutical environment and pharmaceutical market and regulations (customs, pricing, policy makers ...)
Good company and GBU strategic vision, both in the subsidiary and at Global level
Project management capacity
Negotiating capacity with third parties
Analysis capabilities
Key shared accountabilities :
1/ Lead the development or transfer or importation of new products from the Go decision of the project to the launch of the product in the market.
Implement the Launch Excellence Governance carried out to date on the two countries
Propose a harmonized approach to the Launch Excellence function and projects, and a mode of operation with the Bus and internal stakeholders (regulatory, Market Access, Pricing, Supply, Industrial Development…).
2/ Rationalization / Prioritization of the MCO Portfolio
Conduct a global reflection on the MO & TN portfolio - via group prioritization matrices according to the commercial and financial attractiveness of each molecule - to revalidate the allocation of global resources and by type of business to help BUs to take better decisions.
Support the BUs in the optimization of their portfolio (launch of new products, not promoted ...)
Accelerate the go to market across all processes
3/ Follow up/optimize time, costs and budget market.
4/ Continuously evaluate portfolio process and launches performance
