An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Launch coordinator to join us in Lear Connection Systems Morocco. If you like new challenges, want to join a fantastic team, and enjoy fast-paced environments this opportunity is for you!
As a Launch coordinator, you will lead the plant cross functional and central teams to achieve objectives in accordance with customers milestones and allocated budgets.
Missions:
Monitor & Drive timing projects.
Support plant to achieve forecasted efficiency
Lead & follow up preparation for customer milestones
Complete the Launch of new projects.
Lead capex establishment and follow up
Ensure implementation of all request customer changes/specifications in accordance with program timing.
Introduce new technology and new way of working to optimize/reduce labor
Push for cost saving implementation
Participate in the RFQs elaboration of awarded projects.
To be a success in this role you must have
Engineering Degree
Automotive experience and at least 5 years in Project Management.
First automotive experience is a must
Good Project Management competencies
Ability to prioritize work
Good Communication skills written and verbal
Language Skills:
English
