As a Lead Full Stack, you will be expected to
Develop and manage full-stack applications with a focus on .NET Core, Angular, SCSS, HTML, TypeScript, and C#.
Lead and guide a team of experienced developers in creating robust, secure, and scalable web applications.
Architect and design applications using a microservices approach, leveraging the latest technologies in full-stack development.
Implement best practices for code development, security, and team collaboration using GitLab CI/CD and AWX for automation.
Utilize Agile methodologies for project management and development.
Architect and design application frameworks focusing on microservices and full-stack technologies.
Write efficient, testable, and well-documented code adhering to best software development practices.
Ensure the integration of frontend and backend aspects of the application, including database interactions.
Gather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical needs
Proactively manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables, while facilitating team collaboration.
Strong desire to learn new software engineering skills and techniques
Able to contribute to overall goals of the team, even when differences in opinion or strategy exist
Monitor systems performance and scalability to align with business growth and requirements.
Coach and mentor team members to foster personal and professional growth, ensuring the continuous upskilling of the team.

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or a related technical field.
8+ years of associated work experience
5+ years’ experience in application layers, presentation layers, and databases
3+ experience with automated testing (unit tests, end-to-end tests)
3+ years of database administration
3+ years on service architectures
5+ years of web-development experience including experience writing web applications using HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript
1 year of experience leveraging CICD tools such as SonarQube, Checkmarx, Gitlab, Ansible
Provides leadership and technical direction for the development, design, and systems integration for various business requirements from definition phase through implementation
Microsoft certified professional (SQL, .NET) - Azure/Cloud implementation experience and knowledge.
Ability to grasp different data sets available in the Orange Business Services environment to architect, design, develop and deploy solutions to current business situations
Possess a minimum of two year of experience designing medium to large enterprise systems

Experience with GitLab CI/CD, AWX, Ansible, and IIS for continuous integration, deployment, and application hosting.
Familiarity with Entity Framework, RESTful services, and microservices architecture.
Agile methodology experience is mandatory. Experience with tools such as Jira is nice to have.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent communication abilities.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines in Gitlab
