Position overview:
Reporting directly to the Maintenance manager, our future Maintenance coordinator engineer will be responsible to maintain all Lear TFZ installations and equipment in safe and optimal operating conditions, coordinate and collaborate with all plants departments to execute and implement the innovation projects and participate in the plant KPI improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain Equipment availability in maximum level
Maintain preventive maintenance accomplishment
Meet Economical efficiency
Serial production 100% with no extra cost by downtime analyses in a daily basis
Service part 100% and meet MRD on MLA programs development
Meet Schedule Attainment as max
Define and ensure spare parts stock max and min requirements.
Carry out trouble shooting and follow up with suppliers and making risk analyses
participate effectively in the Continuous improvement activities.
Participate to improve plant KPIs: FTP, Efficiency, OEE ….
Comply with the safety and environmental rules established in the plant.
Actively participate in compliance and monitoring of the IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 standards.
Key skills and Qualifications:
Technical study degree.
Good and strong Knowledge of Maintenance.
Ability to work with multidisciplinary team.
Good knowledge of purchasing process.
Good knowledge of Microsoft office tools.
Good knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in maintenance or equipment responsibility function in wiring industry.
Willingness to work in a dynamic environment.
Excellent analytical skills
