POSTE
This position reports directly to the Morocco Plant Manager and is responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and operational activities of skilled maintenance and mechanical workers engaged in maintaining and repairing buildings, grounds, facilities and equipment.
This position requires extensive technical knowledge of mechanical, electricity, automatism, hydraulic and infrastructure. The Maintenance & facilities Manager manages ressources he is a crucial actor of facility safety, security and environement.
This position is responsible for the ability of plant equipment and facilities to produce continuously over time
PROFIL
required
5+ years of facilities engineering/maintenance experience
2+ years supervisory experience
Proven excellent team-building skills, including the ability to select appropriate methods and utilize a flexible interpersonal style to help motivate and build a cohesive team
Fluent English, written and verbal.

8+ Years facilities engineering/maintenance experience
3+ Years supervisory experience
Knowledge in sewing assembly, thermos compression molding and painting processes
Field experience in leading Continuous Improvement and EHS initiatives
Software knowledge
