Job Purpose
A Maintenance Manager is accountable for the safe, effective, and efficient execution of the maintenance organization functions in his assigned area in an industrial facility. The purpose of this role is to effectively and efficiently lead facility maintenance workforce to meet organizational goals.
Main Scope/Responsibilities
Asset Management Execution
Leading compliance and accountability of established EHS policies and procedures
Creating, monitoring and executing all budgets and costs associated within his assigned area in regards to maintenance
Work collaboratively with others across the organization to meet shared objectives
Identify training needs to enhance team's performance
Identify capabilities and assign job duties based on such strengths
Champions proactive maintenance practices & execution (precision maintenance, lubrication, PM yield, etc.)
Monitor applicable workflow metrics and create actions items when gaps are identified to ensure continuous improvement so benefits are being realized
Take immediate action with underperformers
Execute safe, on budget and on time TAR and RD to ensure assets are fit for safe and reliable service
Education
Bac +5 (Ingénieur d'état or equivalent)
Curricula: Construction or engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical or equivalent)
Global Experience
10 years minimum with 10 years of maintenance management experience in relevant industry
Specific Experience in the position
Industrial Maintenance - 10 years minimum
