Job Purpose
A Maintenance Scheduler oversees the safe, effective, and efficient scheduling of maintenance work in a phosphates concentrate facility to promote adherence to the workflow process with focus on increasing productivity and efficiency of maintenance resources for the execution of detailed planned daily, weekly, TAR, and R/D jobs.
Main Scope/Responsibilities
Managing and complying with established EHS&S policies and procedures through his deliverables while executing his job planning duties.
Leverages a working understanding of CMMS, predictive and preventive maintenance, and materials management process for scheduling such resources
Attend and actively participate in TA/RD/DD area core team meetings for scheduling purposes
Supports resource loading, coordinating, executing, and completing projects (i.e., startup coverage) when requested
Responsible for the generation of the RD/DD & weekly plant maintenance schedule
Responsible for the generation of the overall TA maintenance schedule including contactor and CAPx jobs
Support and develop required post-TA/RD/DD/project critiques
Facilitates workflow feedback process from execution team
Assist in resource loading, coordinating, executing, and completing projects (i.e., inspections, TAR job plans, startup coverage) when requested
Additional duties as assigned
Education
Bac +4/5, (FST/Master or equivalent)
Curricula : Construction or engineering (Mechanical, Electrical or equivalent)
Global Experience
5 to 10 years with minimum 5 years maintenance scheduling experience
Specific Experience in the position
Prefer relevant industrial experience more than 5 years
