The Maintenance Responsible will be responsible for managing and coordinating facilities and operation maintenance activities.
Your Role
Actively participate with all relevant stakeholders to resolve technical issues, punch lists during pre-commissioning and commissioning stages till the projects are successfully commissioned and handed over.
Actively participate in projects (e.g. remodelling or renovation).
Verify and review technical designs, documents and bids in accordance with approved standards and to meet Operations, Maintenance, Asset integrity and HSE requirements.
Identifies potential hazards concerning Maintenance interventions during commissioning activities, participates in technical meetings, Plant pre-start up safety audits, performance tests raises punch lists and provide support to operations and maintenance teams in various stages of project activities.
Takes ownership of safety processes; performs maintenance safety program audits (Lockout/Tag out, Confined Space, Fall Protection, PPE, mobile equipment, etc.).
Oversee maintenance of injection molding machines, insert molding machines, manual and automatic lines (including robots)
Collaborates with production to schedule preventive maintenance.
Responsible to develop and implement annual plan that will keep production equipment in optimal working conditions
Oversees outside contractors who performs installations and projects at the facilities
Develop, suggest and implement measures to improve production methods, equipment performance and product quality.
Your Background
Bachelor's Degree (Engineering)
Should have minimum 5 years of related automotive position
Automotive Experience preferred
Advanced English
Must possess a diversified background with strong technical skills on mechanical, electrical, electronical background
Knowledge of maintenance of injection molding a plus
