Job Purpose
A Maintenance Warehouser has overall responsibility for receiving and moving materials within warehouse. Verifies the inventory quantity and assists in inventory level maintenance. Maintains complete & accurate documentation. Operates warehouse equipment in a safe manner.
Main Scope/Responsibilities
Managing and complying with established EHS&S policies and procedures through his deliverable while executing his warehouse duties.
Possesses a conceptual context of CMMS, predictive and preventive maintenance and materials management process
Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft applications (ie Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc)
Receive, verify, locate and record all material designated for immediate use or warehouse storage.
Coordinate the receiving of technical material with the planners and maintenance staff
Store and locate all material and supplies in an orderly and controlled manner
Arrange for the control and distribution of material and supplies, using withdrawal slips in accordance with work order requirements
Ensure hazardous substance are controlled, labeled, and handled in accordance with HSE procedures
Additional duties as assigned
Education
Bac +2/3, Specialized Technician (EST or equivalent)
Curricula: Construction or engineering (Mechanical, Electrical or equivalent)
Global Experience
3-6 years
Specific Experience in the position
Prefer relevant industrial experience (ie co-op or similar)
