YOUR WORK-LIFE OPPORTUNITY:
You will be a key member in the Partner Acquisition team, reporting directly to the Country Head of Sales and working hand-by-hand with the different Regional Team Leads in Morocco. As a Market Intelligence Analyst, your main goal is to support the Sales teams by finding new leads, digitizing and qualifying them, as well as maintaining data quality in Salesforce.
Your duties are to do so by implementing tools, processes and automations that contribute to the improved performance and efficiency of both the Market Intelligence Agents and the Sales Executives, identifying opportunities that shorten the sales cycle and increase the volume & quality of new partnerships, always from a data-driven approach.
BE A PART OF A TEAM WHERE YOU WILL:
Market understanding: determining all total addressable market in your areas and defining the right processes acquiring its information (from provider management to team management), while ensuring the data is valid and accurate. Also, developing competitors analysis at a local level.
Identifying new local sources of leads: we are looking for someone with regional knowledge able to identify, propose and test new sources of leads. To develop this task you need to have market knowledge and some experience in the sector.
Lead Processing: most of the data we acquire during the scrapping process is missing information. You’ll be responsible for
Qualification (adding missing data such as phones, missing addresses, etc)
Pre-qualification: classify the leads based on their possible interest for Glovo.
Pipeline Quality Management: this is a key task. You will be in charge of prioritizing which leads do the sales executives contact based on your local knowledge & data analysis, as well as cleaning potential duplicates / mistakes in the database

YOU HAVE:
Bachelor degree in Engineering, Business Intelligence, Business Administration or similar
2 years minimum experience in Business Analytics and/or Data Analytics. SQL is a must.
Advanced in Excel and good use of MS Office in general
Strong analytical skills
Team player that effectively interacts with cross-functional stakeholders
Proactive, organized, and obsessed with detail and accuracy
An empathetic, inclusive and curious attitude
Languages: English and local language
NICE-TO-HAVES:
Python experience is very valued
Salesforce knowledge is a plus
Market local knowledge / Industry knowledge is valued
Previous experience in Sales, Lead Generation, Content Analysis or Project Management
