Oracle licensing Expert Freelance - Remote

Mission
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Licensing Expert to assist with two key projects:
Oracle Audit Preparation: The expert will review the client's Oracle product usage, including Oracle Database, Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), Oracle Business Intelligence (BI), Oracle WebLogic, and Java, to assess adherence to Oracle's licensing terms and identify any potential compliance gaps. The expert will guide the client teams on optimizing their Oracle licensing and help prepare for an Oracle audit.
Oracle Licensing Optimization: The expert will analyze the client's current Oracle licensing setup and provide recommendations for optimizing costs while ensuring full compliance. This includes evaluating the client's Oracle product usage, identifying opportunities for license reductions or reallocations, and advising on the most cost-effective licensing models.
Requirements
Minimum 7 years of experience with Oracle licensing, audits, and compliance
Deep understanding of Oracle's licensing policies, metrics, and rules for key products such as Oracle Database, EBS, BI, WebLogic, and Java
Proven track record of successfully guiding clients through Oracle audits and licensing optimizations
Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively collaborate with IT and business stakeholders
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex licensing issues
Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
Hands-on experience with Oracle Database administration and configuration
Knowledge of Oracle EBS, BI, WebLogic, and Java architectures and deployments
Familiarity with cloud-based Oracle deployments and licensing considerations
