Missions
Receive and process customer orders
Dispatch the requirement and planning with the concerned department
Track customer deliveries
Interacting with customers, providing information in answer to inquiries about products, accounts, and services.
Control and follow FG stocks and arrange the pickup
Manage returnable and one way packaging availability and follow the coverage plan.
Ensure delivery performance at the required level
Ensure internal KPIs are on target 0Premium Freight /0obsoletes/ OTIF 100%
Track customer backlogs to avoid any issues with customers
Implement CI and packaging cost improvement with purchasing
Monitoring products changes: 0 obsolete and handle customer claims
Requirement:
Master's degree in Logistics.
Good knowledge in Logistics especially for Planning and customer demand management.
Experience in Planning or customer service minimum 1 year.
Good communication and negotiation skills in English and French language are mandatory.
