Job Description
In coordination with other members (Marketing, MarCom & Commercial Excellence) and the sales team, you will be responsible to animate the channel “Installers and Panel Builders”, reporting to Power Product Division within FSA&I cluster.
As such, you will mainly be responsible for :
The commercial policy and value proposition for this channel
The strategy of the channel and action plans (corresponding to marketing plan)
The execution of the transformation plans in coordination with the Sales, & Marketing, Marcom teams
The analysis of the economic performance of the channel, relative to the market and competition
Your Daily Task And Responsibilities
Schneider Electric addresses different market segments and channels in order to saturate the market with its offers.
As part of the marketing team at a key and exposed role, the new channel manager will focus on one key channel for Schneider Electric: The Contractors & Panel-Builders channel. We have very big ambitions and need to leverage strategic plans.
The channel manager will :
Define and runs the country Channel program Go to market for short- and medium-term growth
Accountable for the Channel growth (Panel Builders & Contractors in Database) and satisfaction level
Build and operate the customer Channel Program and monitor its performance
Get a clear understanding of the Contractors & Panel Builders environment and define the strategy in this Channel
Contribute, define, and implement offer marketing plans including all necessary actions to launch and boost offers.
Interact with the relevant stakeholders in the corporate business divisions,
Organize trainings of the Sales Force
Advise Customers.
Define and organize customer journeys and Go to Market, also according to our digital strategy
Actively contribute to the architecture and the promotion of our digital customer platform
Actively participate in, administration, support to sales: catalogues, sales arguments, promotions, events, tools etc. Follow and analyze orders/sales & action plans results.
Define customer segmentation and lead the setup of the channel customer plans
Monitor & Control Solution System “EcoStruxure” platform for dedicated customers
Provide strong contribution to our digital strategy and in coordination with other teams, leverage digital tools to promote products, to interact with our customers and drive efficiency.
Products concerned by marketing offers can be all Schneider offers available in Belgium in those channels:
Low voltage products
Medium voltage products
Wiring devices products
Electronic control products
Connected and smart solutions offer
Digital services
Qualifications
Electrical engineer with at least 3 years experience.
Deep knowledge of SE offer portfolio
Master in marketing management
Ideal profile would have an experience of Low Voltage products.
