PE Enginner
We are looking for a PE Engineer within Morocco 1, who will be responsible of Studying and developing in partnership with the customer for one or more product families, while ensuring that customer’s objectives are respected. The incumbent of the position will be asked to ensure the follow-up of the product(s), from initialization to industrialization, and to master the Q, C, D, P aspects of products family.
Your Role:
Collecting input data (schemes, electrical function sheets,...) within the Customer’s Register;
Define the bundle architecture (connectors, wires, insulator..) & wiring routes ;
Produce the industrial CAO drawings for the wiring family ;
Ensure Q, C, D reporting;
Participate actively in internal and external meetings concerning the product and the process (mock-ups, dashboards, quality meetings, validation of factory assembly);
Maintain excellent relations with our customers, and the internal project team;
Analyze internal/external quality and technical issues related to design;
Study the technical and economical solution’s feasibility;
Receive , translate & distribute the customer’s modification request into the plant;
Study and develop a cabling family by ensuring compliance with customer objectives in terms of specifications, deadlines, costs and quality;
Manage the technical product’s evolution during the development phase and during the serial life;
Ensure the feasibility of the product with the support of the plant’s pilot;
Participate in BOD meetings to analyze design issues;
Ensure coordination meetings between the plant engineering team and SC for the family he is in charge of;
Participate in the management and implementation of cost reduction changes in accordance with the continuous improvement and 6 Sigma approach;
Your Background:
Master/ Engineering degree in a technical education ( industrial, mechanical, electrical engineering... Or equivalent)
Good communication skills in English.
Basic computer knowledge
Project management skills
Good knowledge in electromechanics and mechanics
