At Maersk, the People Partnering Organization is the largest part of the new HR organization. To enable our HR service delivery model, we have established three People Partnering Hubs covering geographical regions such as Asia Pacific, Europe & Africa and the Americas.
That is why we have built a new global HR service enabled by new technology: to make sure we deliver great experiences to our people, so they can deliver great experiences to our customers.
As People Advisor you will be the first point of contact for employees and you will manage each HR related query in order to deliver a positive employee experience as well as supporting the full employee life cycle in the company.
