YOUR WORK-LIFE OPPORTUNITY:
Glovo is growing its People Operations department, that is why we are looking for new team members who will bring passion, commitment and energy to help Glovo continue being the great company it is today. We are looking for a People Care/Operations Intern to join our team in Morocco to support Africa with a specific focus on Morocco and our other French-speaking countries. BE A PART OF A TEAM WHERE YOU WILL:
Collect and organize employee documentation in paper and electronic format
Scan employee documentation
Manage employee documentation for the purpose of internal audit and ensure it is complete and in line with local labour law regulations
Contact employees for all matters related to employee documentation
Support the People Care Specialist in HQ in any other tasks related to internal audit or administration in Africa and other regions (if needed)
Collaborate closely with the People Partner in the region and office managers in the countries
Collaborate with external payroll provider and benefits providers to guarantee the smooth running of payroll practices and benefits administration
Be the point of contact for employees on holiday and other leaves in the countries under your scope
With the help of the PP, implement and maintain the Registre de Congés
Support employees with day-to-day HR transactions and queries through our ticketing system and in person
Help with documentation of processes in the regions documents are updated
Actively collaborate with your colleagues and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop and make a difference
YOU HAVE:
Background in Human Resources, Law, Employment Relations, Business, Administration or other relevant fields
Fluency in English and French, both verbal and written communication skills
Excellent communication, organization and time-management skills
Customer service mindset
Great attention to detail
A strong team player
Proactive and problem-solving work mentality, reliability, and detail-orientation
Discretion, sensitivity, and confidentiality.
An empathetic, inclusive and curious attitude.
Ability and openness to learn how to work effectively in a fast-paced environment,
Ability to work with different geographies and cultural experience sensitivity
Strong MS Office/ G-Suite skills essential
