Job Purpose
The Predictive Maintenance Inspector is responsible for providing PdM services by executing deployment of PdM technologies. The inpsector is responsible for preparing the necessary technical reports. Objecitve is early detection of defects for scheduled corrective interventions to prevent TRG loss or collateral damage. Succesful PdM includes responsibility for baseline on new installations and repairs.
Main Scope/Responsibilities
Managing and complying with established EHS&S policies and procedures through his deliverable while exectuing his job planning duties.
Leveraging an understanding of CMMS, predictive and preventive maintenance process
Responsible for equipment walk down and information gathering.
Ability to assist in development of RCFA's
Collects and analyzes data in accordance with AM PdM program.
Reports results in clear concise manner per set standards
Additional duties as assigned
Education
Bac +4/5, (FST/Master or equivalent)
Curricula: Construction or engineering (Mechanical, Electrical or equivalent)
Global Experience
5 to 10 years with minimum 5 years maintenance experience
Specific Experience in the position
Prefer relevant industrial experience more than 5 years
