Job Purpose
Principal Programmer Analyst, will play a pivotal role in the design, development, and maintenance of critical software applications and systems within the organization. Leveraging extensive experience in programming and systems analysis, he/she will lead complex projects, provide technical guidance to a team of programmers, and collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions.
Main Scope/Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of complex software applications and systems.
Analyze user requirements and business processes to define system specifications and functional requirements
Collaborate with business analysts to translate user needs into technical specifications
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to a team of programmers.
Manage and prioritize multiple projects, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, system architects, and QA testers
