Position overview:
Reporting directly to the car leader, our future Industrial engineer will have as main missions to Lead, plan, organize and control activities related to manufacturing processes according customer requirement. Communicate with customers/LU and suppliers to ensure effective two-way communication. Improve continuously the product activity. Design and manage the product document. Ensure data accuracy and drawing before official distribution.
Key Responsibilities:
Product development starting from phase prototype harness following all project milestone.
Resolve issues related to design (DFMs).
Control and manage engineering changes and report status at project review meetings.
Manage as part of the project team all aspects of project from prototype phase to serial production.
Ensure the adherence of Customer specifications in product development
Lead the line trial production according to customer requirements
Compile the engineering documentation for the project which is required for manufacturing & PPAP/PSW Sub.
Ensure implementation of all request customer changes/specifications in accordance with program timing.
Achieve all targets according to agreed timing with customer milestones.
Adapt the capacity installed vs customer demand front of drop/increase of demand.
Pilot the weekly risk assessment analysis to feed the PFMEA in accordance.
Maintain IATF, Meet Lear internal LPOF quality requirements, achieving/maintaining “Green Status”.
Key skills and Qualifications:
Technical or Industrial Engineering degree.
Experience of least 2 years in same position
Good Knowledge of project milestones.
Good analytical skills.
Good project management.
Proficiency in both English & French languages, spoken and written
