Position overview:
Key Responsibilities:
Product development starting from phase prototype harness.
Resolve issues related to design (DFMs).
Follow up of the issues with central product and LU team.
Permanent changes feasibility check and ensure quotation within 2 days (via SEM).
CRW/RFRs changes feasibility check and implementation.
Prepare accurate data for industrialization.
Ensure PPAP deliverables according program milestones.
Ensure quality via proper wires lengths and adjustments.
Raise alert /permit to covers changes and deviations.
Ensure samples preparation and deliveries.
Follow up of spare parts prototype requirements.
Ensure BOM/UCS / Routing migration.
Manage changes implementation in plant (CRW, line trials …).
Participate in external and internal audit.
Key skills and Qualifications:
Technical or Industrial Engineering degree Bac + 5.
Good Knowledge of project milestones.
Practical experience in Auto Cad and Solid works
Ability to work with multidisciplinary team.
Good knowledge of Microsoft office tools.
Good knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools.
Professional level of English language.
Willingness to work in a dynamic environment.
Excellent analytical skills
