Position overview:
Part of our Growth for our Trim & Foam Business, we hiring looking for our future Production Manager.
Your Main Mission will be to lead and drive all aspects of the production process including safety, scheduling, quality and employee relations within the facility to ensure that production and quality goals are met. Exhibit a continuous improvement approach in all aspects of production operations with a high level of energy and passion for satisfying customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Implements the vision and leadership to ensure production JPH / HPCS goals & objectives are achieved.
•Plan , organize, control, integrate and evaluate operational needs required to obtain performance targets.
•Actively participates in long and short term production planning and allocate resources to ensure production requirements are met in a timely and cost-effective manner.
•Formulate and implement approved production plans to meet customer requirements.
•Determine the human resources (headcount) required to meet production JPH / HPCS goals & objectives.
•Collaborate with Engineering to utilize MOST studies to achieve BIC efficiency.
•Analyze data to monitor performance and plan manpower improvements/demands of the operation.
•Adhere to manufacturing quality and safety standards.
•Work with Quality department to properly train Superintendents, Supervisors, Team Leader, Kaizen Trainers & Team Members on Lear and customer quality standards.
•Build a production supervision team of “A players” who get results in their specific roles.
•Build a culture of teamwork and respect
Key skills and Qualifications:
•Minimum 5 years of proven experience in a similar position
•Experience with production, Lean, Six Sigma and Best Practices
•Good Communication skills at all levels
•Solid knowledge in management items
•Team management skills
•Ability to prioritize work
