Your Missions :
Control of customer need to detect increases and decreases by Coordinating with Customer service;
Daily schedule by product line.
Ensure a planning by process step by optimizing the level of WIP Monitoring and production control to ensure a 100% service rate.
Manage technical changes with extinction and SOP by ensuring 0 obsolete Coordination with the store shipments and priorities.
Manage the scheduling of tilts on different projects on the common steps, avoiding any line stop
Check availability material before any launch in line
Ensure the realization of the MPS at 100%.
Coordination with other QA/ENG department to better manage the activity.
Ensure the realization of the following indicators: 0 Premium Freight / 0 obsoletes / service rate 100%.
Logistic information analysis
Ensure the conformance of products and processes according IATF, Customer specific requirements, and regulatory requirements and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
Capacity analysis and logistics’ information and Customer's KPI monitoring through B2B/portal or standard communications
To be successful in this role :
Experience : 1 to 2 years experience.
Education: Masters/Engineering degree in Logistics
Requirements: communication skills, Team worker, analytical thinking, organized person, ability to learn quickly, flexible to customer changes
