Context and Objectives
As part of Orange Business’ strategy to unify all digital customer interfaces, the Vibe Platform aims to centralize all eCare, eCommerce, and eShop experiences into a single, seamless portal. This role is central to the phase-out of legacy portals ECE and MSS, ensuring a successful migration of all functionalities and users to Vibe Platform, while maintaining service continuity and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the project to decommission the ECE and MSS portals, following the defined roadmap.
Coordinate cross-functional teams: IT, business, security, communications, and operations.
Oversee technical, functional, and data migration activities.
Identify and manage impacts on internal and external users; ensure a smooth transition.
Supervise non-regression testing and post-migration validation phases.
Support business teams in adopting the Vibe Platform and retiring old systems.
Manage project risks, dependencies, and necessary arbitrations.
Provide regular reporting to the Vibe Platform governance bodies.
Key Skills
Proven project management in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
Experience with portal technologies and customer interfaces (eCare, MSS, eCommerce)
Strong change management and stakeholder communication skills
Experience managing migrations and system decommissioning projects
Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and result-oriented
Risk, timeline, and deliverable management expertise
