Your missions:
Establish the organization for receiving and inspecting raw materials.
Handle supplier complaints (8D reports) using SQTS.
Monitor supplier complaints and action plans.
Oversee the approval of new materials.
Conduct audits at the Raw Material Warehouse/Picking Area/Trucks.
Manage the request and approval of PPAP (Production Part Approval Process).
Define expiry and storage conditions for components.
Monitor supplier changes (SCR).
Request improvement plans from suppliers (WORST SUPPLIER).
Manage the quality team of inspectors and technicians.
Ensure the implementation of the control plan and quality standards.
To be successful for this role:
Preferably Bac+5 minimum, with an experience within an automotive wiring Industry
Knowledge of Quality Management systems IATF 16949 (standards),
Ability to work in a high-tempo environment and interact with team members over a wide scope of the organization.
Language Skills:
Good communication skills in both French and English.
