Position overview:
Our future Requirements Admin Engineer will be primarily responsible for updating and maintaining the requirements database, gathering measures, analyzing metrics, and reporting requirements status to the projects team.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and coordinate the requirements engineering activities with stakeholders, such as the System Leader, Software Team Leader, and Hardware Team Leader.
Establish the Configuration Management Plan and Requirements Management Plan using the appropriate tools (IBM Rational DOORS or Similar).
Provide support and training to the projects’ teams
Optimize requirements engineering activities through automation.
Improve the requirements engineering process by identifying and implementing best practices and standardization.
Interface with the customer to plan and exchange stakeholder requirements using the appropriate tools.
Gather, import, and communicate stakeholder requirements to the appropriate stakeholders.
Prepare and maintain the requirements database established for the project using tools such as IBM Rational DOORS or Similar
Monitor and report the requirements status to the project team, including analysis completion, traceability, and test coverage.
Key skills and Qualifications:
Engineering Career
Experience in one of those disciplines: Systems, SW, HW or MEC
Experience with the automotive industry and its regulations (ASPICE…).
Experience in metrics management, dashboards, KPIs
Knowledge of JIRA, IBM Doors, SVN, or Similar
Coordination skill
Problem solving and analytics skills
High level of English & French languages, spoken and written
