iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

We are looking for: Reward & Performance Specialist - VIE Contract (W/M)

Responsibilities:
Actively participate to the compensation cycle roll out process: preparation, monitoring, post-cycle analysis etc.
Conduct detailed research on salaries and labor markets
Actively participate to the yearly review of salary structures
Draft and implement compensation and benefits policies and procedures.
Prepare & analyze monthly audits and reports on compensation changes, grading changes, data consistency
Support the implementation of Reward & Performance initiatives & programs: Performance Impact, Employees Shares purchase Program
Partner with People and Culture Business Partner and Finance teams to provide relevant data/personal cost as per grading/local market competitiveness in order to ensure proper financial forecast/cost planning (align with budget cycle exercise)
Monitor the personnel cost vs budget
Stay updated with the best practices and trends in the marketplace
Monitor interactions with local health providers
Requirements:
Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a similar field
Fluent English
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Advanced MS Office skills is an asset
Experience in using HR software and Microsoft Office tools
Having an eye for detail
Ability to create and maintain a positive work environment
