As a Sales Assistant, you’ll be responsible for supporting the sales and marketing functions to enable the different channels to be more efficient in the day to day dealings, thereby allowing more strategic activities for the sales team.

What you’ll do
Engage and work closely with the sales and marketing teams
Enable team members to drive results through active support in day to day dealings
Provide the market with meaningful and useful data and reports to enable decision making
Work closely with Finance, Supply Chain Management, and Marketing team to support the market
Supporting sales and marketing team members for ad-hoc reports / as-needed basis
Your qualifications
At least 2 years experience in a sales or admin assistant role
Experience in using MS Excel - intermediate / advanced MS Excel skill is a must
Knowledgeable in analyzing sales and marketing data
Good communication and presentation skills
