We are recruiting an English-speaking Sales Engineer for our client in the agricultural sector. » Living in Agadir or Marrakech.
The Role
We are looking for a motivated Sales Engineer to join us. As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for generating revenue by promoting and selling our products to potential clients. The ideal candidate will have a solid technical background and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Main Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales plans to achieve the company’s targets.
Identify and prospect new customers in the agricultural industry.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Provide technical support to customers, including conducting product demonstrations and presentations.
Work closely with the product development team to provide feedback on customer needs and market trends.
Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and pricing agreements to customers.
Attending industry events and conferences to network and promote the company’s products.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales and promotional materials.
Discussing products with customers and explaining technical concepts simply.
As a Sales Engineer, your primary responsibility will be to actively participate, supervise and manage the activities of installers in the field.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in agriculture \ Diploma in a technical field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the agricultural industry
Strong technical background with a deep understanding of agricultural products and services
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
As a Sales Engineer professional, you will need to be willing to travel long distances frequently to meet with customers.
English- fluent.
MUST – Bachelor’s degree in agriculture \ Diploma in a technical field.
MUST – Willing to Travel long distances
MUST – Fluent English
MUST – Lives in Agadir or Marrakech
MUST – Coming from Agriculture companies
MUST – Has Sales Experience
Preference – Has experience with citrus, olive trees.
