Position overview:
Reporting directly to the Sales responsible E-System France, our future Sales Key account responsible will be responsible for Managing serial programs of e-system business with our Trucks carmakers clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive profitable programs (serial) to help achieve overall E-Systems revenue and margin targets
Ensure CMI target and program financials meet or exceed APR commitments.
Close open commercial issues (claims) on time.
Ensure administrative sales tasks (PO check, Obsoletes follow-up, Spare parts offer, D&D recovery…)
Change management & offers follow-up, according to Lear rules, respecting customer milestones
Ensuring protocol when customer local visits & audits & events
Build strong relationships with other program members to achieve E-Systems overall objectives.
Lead with a One Lear mindset and support the objectives of E-Systems more broadly.
Be open and transparent; share information proactively and socialize ideas to gain buy-in with peers and the leadership team.
Hold self and team accountable to ensure all meetings include only required participants.
Key skills and Qualifications:
Engineer with 3 years of experience in automotive business and/or knowledge of Lear and/or sales background and/or finance
EDS engineering skills
Matrix communication skills
Strong knowledge of Excel, and as a second-degree database management, general IT systems
Mastery of the English language and the French language
