Role Purpose
The primary function of a Sales Operations Specialist is to accept, validate and manage customer orders onto suppliers; ensure on-time first-time shipments, and complete invoicing with highest accuracy levels. The role requires a switched on and customer-service oriented individual, who can effectively provide support to our customers and the business, whilst motivating their team to achieve optimum results. This includes providing efficient support for order review & booking, customer satisfaction, and system & process related issues.
Key Responsibilities
Manage own portfolio of vendors collecting and collating Reseller Orders and for processing. Review against order processing requirements for accuracy & completeness and liaise with internal and external teams to resolve order processing issues. Manage backlog of orders and transactions on a day-to-day basis Maintain and update relevant information in ERP support systems. Resolve post order issues.
Coordinate with departments and customers regarding order status, shipping dates, prices, product availability and backlog orders.
Provide advice and feedback from Order Booking and Review perspectives to the business to improve process and deliver high quality customer experience.
Contribute to the innovation and solutions to handle relatively highly complex orders and issues relating to order review, booking, and processing. Work with cross functional colleagues to develop solutions and new processes to meet customer needs and resolve any issues, providing feedback on order submission quality. Participate in business improvement projects as needed and suggest areas for improvement.
Managing KPIs and reviewing own & team performance Provide well defined analysis and reporting to monitor and develop metrics to support department's goals. Review transactions in the business to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Profil recherché :
Proven high-level verbal and written English communication skills across a variety of stakeholders.

Experience with computer/software business systems (e.g. ERP, SalesForce, SAP, NetSuite etc)
Demonstrated experience in order management, order review, sales operations, order fulfilment
Experience in maintaining strong attention to detail throughout completion of customer order entries preferred
Experience with Quote to Cash operations using CRM and ERP systems highly desirable
Previous experience ensuring compliance is maintained across the business Intermediate / Advanced experience and understanding of Exce
