Within Orange International Networks Infrastructures & Services (OINIS), GNSO (Global Network & Service Operations) is accountable for operating International Transmission, Networks, Platforms and Services for Orange Business and Orange Wholesale divisions. This includes monitoring and support functions mainly.
• Within this entity, the Performance, Transformation & IT team (PTI) is in charge of Transversal project management and Product management, as well as development, design, validation and support of software applications serving OINIS Operations, aimed at simplifying customer or end-user experience as well as bringing automation and new innovative solutions to our main stakeholders.
As a scrum master,
• You animate all the SCRUM agile rituals of the team: Sprint Planning, Review, Retros, Daily Meetings...
• You ensure that the team has a suitable working environment and all the necessary information from the Product Owner;
• You are the guarantor of the quality of the team's deliverables, help it make forecasts and make realistic commitments (deadlines, volume, etc.). You follow the performance indicators (velocity, satisfaction, team commitment) during each Sprint
• You help the Product Owner to make the right decisions (team inputs, product, tools, etc.) and know, if necessary, how to refuse certain requests and motivate such decision;
• You coach the team on the good practices of agility within the company.
As a transversal Scrum master,
• You participate in the definition of good practices at the level of other projects
• You support other project teams in the implementation of the agile method (mainly for the Scrum role)
• You actively participate in the standardization of reporting at the project level of the Data & Repository portfolio
• You participate in the Scrum master community to share best practices and lead agile method acculturation workshops
votre profil
Owning a "BAC+5" minimum from engineering school or other (software engineering sector), you have at least 3 years experience as a Scrum master ideally with an appetite for the technological and functional field covered within our organization
Required Skills :
• You have a solid knowledge base in software development (front/back/security/API)
• You adhere to the values of agility, and you master agile and collaborative management tools such as Jira / Confluence.
• You have a strong appetite for teamwork in an international context and good interpersonal skills
• You are customer oriented, know how to listen to the client and its users, and translate their needs into requirements or solution proposals through an appropriate software architecture
• You know how to present a disruptive solution, argue and convince
• You are comfortable with reporting (capacity, velocity, risk management) to different types of audiences, with double synchronization with the Product owner and the development team
• You have a relational ease to challenge both the functional needs and the technical needs of the project
• You are able to manage several projects in parallel with several Product Owners
