Job Purpose
The purpose of this role is to manage the contracts assigned and ensure both JESA and the contractors fulfil their obligations under those contracts.
Provides – in the field – for the administration of all contracts on a project with respect to:
a) Filing and correspondence.
b) Payments.
c) Control of claims and backcharges
d) Correspondance and contractual notices
e) PROLOG use and administration, or other systems as required.
Main Scope/Responsibilities
Participates in setting assignment objectives and plans own task schedule to satisfy objectives;
Responsible for gathering and compiling data essential to the administration of contracts
Uses knowledge of general application of principles, theories, concepts, and industry practices and standards to perform work .
Coordinates or performs contract administration tasks related to monitoring compliance, performance, and progress. Conducts investigations and inquiries into specific contracts problems and may provide assistance in claims research.
Provides for proper contract acquisition and fulfillment in accordance with company policies, legal requirements, and customer specifications
Implements contract modifications, data management and coordination with subcontractors
Education
Bachelors or Masters degree
