Job Purpose
Reporting to Facilities Manager the Senior facilities Specialist performs repairs and preventive maintenance on a wide variety of building and facility equipment, fixtures and systems. He/she typically performs work in several of the common maintenance trades such as electrical and machine & equipment repair.
Main Scope/Responsibilities
Conduct routine, periodic, or special inspections to determine repair and maintenance work necessary to prevent breakdowns of facilities, machinery, and equipment
Test, inspect, and troubleshoot facilities or equipment issues.
Install and repair all facilities plumbing fixtures, wall repairs, and paint application
Ensure accuracy and conformance to metrics and/or work orders, including validation of work performed by contract personnel
Interface with customers, vendors, and team members in support of facility initiatives, work requests, or other duties as assigned in a professional and team-oriented manner
Coordinates multiple projects (such as moving, roof repair & maintenance) with efficiency and proficiency in meeting timelines and schedules
Participate in the supervision of multi-disciplinary teams of staff including cleaning, maintenance, grounds, and security
May assist facilities manager in the operations for all fields of Facilities Management intervention (Technical, workplace management, Car fleet, Housing, Transport, Projects)
Handle and oversee internal client requests (JESA staff) that come through the facilities management platform and ensure a high-quality customer service by following up with actions until the issue/problem is resolved

Minimum of 5 years facilities related experience required in the corporate environment
