As senior financial analyst within Mutualized Analyses & Support team, you will be responsible to perform centrally analyzes for Finance community and spread outcomes.
You will be in charge of the following :
Perform centrally analyses and share the outcome with Finance community across Finance organization:
Perform centrally monthly & ad hoc analysis
Early identification of issues through proactive analyses
Perform impact assessment and checks within change management processes (corrections, evolutions)
Monitor data quality
Collaborate with stakeholders :
First point of contact for Finance users :
Day to day Communication with users (ex: question/answers, releases/data availability, update plazza)
Organize and co-animate monthly calls with stakeholders to explain impact of changes, non allocated costs, actions to be taken, improvements to be implemented
Manage out of cycles (proposal, assessment, testing, validation with business…)
Train and support users, ex: how to use tools & reports.
Collaborate closely with business experts :
Support of business experts with evolution process : conception preparation, impact assessments, test of implementation…
Collaborate with solution experts :
Alignment on Run activites
Change management process collaboration
Support Finance Transformation & Innovation :
Participate to Transformation & Innovation Finance projects and initiatives
Enforce the processes defined with stakeholders
Improve the timeliness, relevance and accuracy of reporting
Support the Data & reporting team to guarantee continuity of service
Please find below example of activities you will handle, with some of the expected deliverables :
Support level 1 for One truth costing, level 2 for DCO
Answering users’ questions around One truth costing (cost, growth margin application)
Monthly sessions with Users (region, domains)
Main point of contact for P&L DCO :
Publication analyses Out of Cycles, Change Cycles
Analysis of impacts change cycles
Cost and growth margin variation analysis
Deputy for P&L channel DGC :
Organization and presentation of monthly call with DGC
votre profil
Education:
Master degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent is expected
Experience :
At least 10 years of work experience in financial roles
Experience with channel DGC is a plus
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
Knowledge of Qlickview, PowerPivots, Oracle applications, PowerBI a plus as well as familiarity with telecom business.
