Position overview:
Reporting directly to the Logistics Manager, our future Senior Inventory Controller will have as main mission improving and optimizing the warehousing process and participating in improving the logistics KPIs.
Key Responsibilities:
Resolve any issue or risk relevant to inventory control operation
Work closely with warehouse, procurement, operation & engineering to solve issues related to materials flow
Perform daily analysis to predict potential inventory problems
Deep Dive into the problems and conduct RCA to identify possible solutions
Ensure inventory accuracy in WIP (Cycle Count, Spot count), identify & understand the root cause of GAPs, establish an action plan for non-recurrences according to LEAP procedures
The WTW leader: Prepare and coordinate the WTW in the plant, according to LEAR procedures
Maintain updated and accurate records of inventory
Ensure periodic statistical information to the manager regarding trends related to inventory levels
Successful all audits in Plant ( IATF, FOA, Customers audit…)
Support continuous improvement in plant
Key skills and Qualifications:
High education level (Preferably in logistics, Bac +5 or higher)
Minimum 6 years experience in Logistics
Teamwork ability, field experience especially works in process & material flow
Analytical spirit, reactivity & work in cross-functional team
Statistics Analyze tools.
Good team player
Proficiency in both English & French languages, spoken and written
