Senior Material Inspector
Job Purpose
The Senior Inspector is responsible for assigned Inspection activities of the Project (E.g.- Quality assurance, Inspection and testing) For daily vendor Inspection Ensure, products meeting the JESA, code and statuary requirements.
Main Scope/Responsibilities
Attend shop Inspection and testing.
Attend weekly project review meetings
Review of Vendor Quality documents (ITP, Welding documents, Inspection procedure etc. )
Attend Pre-Inspection Meeting for the assigned vendor / contracts.
Issue NCR for Non confirming products.
Ensure products are meeting the project specification, code and statuary requirements
Review of Vendor manufacture data book and Issue of Inspection release certificate.
Education
Mechanical / Electrical / Metallurgical Engineer or equivalent
Curricula: Mechanical / Electrical / Metallurgical Engineering
Global Experience
8 to 12 Years Industrial Experience
Specific Experience in the position
Exposure in NDT, Welding, Inspection and Testing.
