Job Purpose
Ensure accurate estimates of the total cost of projects are completed on time, in accordance with required technical standards.
Main Scope/Responsibilities
Supervise a team of discipline estimators during the preparation of project estimates. ( class 4 and 5).
Prepare cash flows, contingency and risk analysis.
Continuous update of the data base, and prepare project benchmarks curve.
Update Crew Rates, and prepare rates for overseas projects.
Ensure the alignment with internal procedures and standards.
Responsible for archiving project estimating data.
Education
Bac +5 (Preferably in Engineering)
Curricula: Engineering, construction, estimating and cost control
Global Experience
12-15 years
Specific Experience in the position
Minimum 3 years in the Engineering and construction industry including 2 year minimum as a senior estimator
