In a multi-cultural & international environment, you will be in charge of delivering Orange International Carriers products to our customers (voice & mobiles operators, Internet Services Providers, Content Providers & TIER-1) all around the world.
You will manage IP, Transmission, Voice and Data products delivery.
You will be brought to collaborate with various Orange teams and correspondents, such as the Presales engineers, Sales, Marketing and Aftersales as well as the operational departments of Orange, looking after international or domestic networks.
You will also have to deal directly with our external providers.
You will also take care, at any moment, of the customers’ satisfaction and loyalty. You will ensure a periodical reporting of the progress of the projects, you will suggest, where appropriate, solutions in case of roadblocks and will initiate escalation procedures if necessary.
You will contribute to the integration of new products and services, you will participate to the writing and validation of the delivery processes.
You will belong to a team based in 5 countries.

votre profil
Demonstrated experience of network provisioning and projects management and/or experience of work in an international environment.
Demonstrated sense of customer relation, ability to work with other departments and teamworking skills.
Knowledge in IP networks
Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment.
Fluent French and English are mandatory. Arabic would be a plus.
5+ years of experience are expected
