Our future Software and System Quality Assurance Lead will interface with all project SSE Leaders to assure SSE quality activities are on track, He/She will Interface with OEMs for all SSE quality relevant topics of Rabat SSE projects. He/She will evaluate SSE quality impact to fulfill OEM requirements during RFQ
The main responsibilities of the function are:
Interface to global SSE Quality
Perform Sw and Systems (from now on SSE) quality checks review and plan to assure compliance against Lear SSE process.
Participate on quality relevant issues reporting for local projects
Participate on Formal Technical Reviews for local projects
Assure gateway management reviews before relevant project phases for local projects.
Communicate and track analysis and solving of the identified Systemic issues.
To Be Successful For This Role
Bac +5 Technical Degree (not necessarily on electronics)
More than 3 years’ experience in Automotive Electronics and SW and System Engineering development
Preferable provisional assessor training with ASPICE exam passed
Project Management
Problem Solving: 8D knowledge, 5Whys analysis, Fishbone methodology
