Team
Voice Services is the department, within GWEN, which is responsible for building and supporting “cost and quality effective” Voice networks for Enterprise and Wholesale services (Voice, Conferencing, Contact Center…), and connecting them with other major telecommunication companies. These networks are built to manage our customer’s communications and collaboration from and to our network. We are a very “hybrid” team, with a unique mixture of technical, business and financial responsibilities.
Our team is working in an AGILE environment driven by empowerment, autonomy, experimentation, transparency, cooperation, adaptation, flexibility. Our team has talent and skills, youthfulness vs. experience, technical vs. business, operational vs. design, legacy vs. new technology, and routine vs. new challenges.
Mission
As a Software Solutions Business Analyst your role is to work closely with the Development Team to ensure their solutions meet the product needs While ensuring an efficient communication with Users to ensure that the team understands the product's vision and works accordingly
The main goal of this position is to solve business problems as and when they occur. While the dev team is focused on producing new pieces of working software in every iteration or sprint, by supporting the documentation of all the requirements & process & removing any blockage or conflicts.
The position requires strong knowledge about the Agile methodologies to animate all the ceremonies & manage the backlogs & User stories creation.
The Software Solutions BA needs also to develop a good understanding about the Voice business to understand the vision & value behind the products developed as well an understanding of Data management & Devs for Data.
As a Software Solutions BA, the position requires also an implication in testing & liaising with business peers to ensure the product meet business needs while raising also any Alerts raised by Data for business.

Understand the business & support in vision elaboration & RoadMap definition.
Manage users for needs collection.
Manage the Product Backlog
Define user stories in Jira for product development.
Facilitate the communication.
Conduct daily and weekly ceremonies, sprint demo, …
Work with all stakeholders to ensure features development within product schedule.
Prioritizing the user stories & clearing the impediments if any
Animate Requirements workshops with stakeholders & Define Acceptance criteria.
Support the business analysis on the top of Apps & Products to ensure our KPIs are relevant for the business.
Ensure our developments are aligned with global strategy for Evolution or Decommissioning
Maintenance of the solution in operational condition
Ensuring with the team the Implementation of coding best practices (code review, versioning tool, …)
Participate with Agile practices in our scrum organization (collaboration and Co-development, ceremonies, way of development with increments …)

Scrum and agile software development methodologies
Knowledge in Coding and designing.
Understanding of development architecture
Product backlog understanding and management.
User stories knowledge
Business analysis skills :
Knowledge in data analysis tools and techniques, such as ( SQL, Excel, data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and statistical analysis software (e.g., Python).
Previous experience in management tools like JIRA, Confluence,
Understanding of Agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban , SAFE is a plus .

Educational degree :
University Degree in IT/DATA or Engineering field
Language skills:
Fluent English required, both spoken and written.
A good French communication level is key for the main location (Morocco)
Experience needed.
Minimum of 5 years as a Business Analyst or Product owner, with Software development knowledge.
