Descriptif de la mission :
Our company is seeking a highly motivated HR Intern to join our dynamic team. As an HR Intern, you will be responsible for supporting the HR department in various administrative tasks, recruitment activities, and employee engagement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the HR department in maintaining employee records and HR databases.
Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting phone screenings.
Assist in conducting new employee orientation and onboarding.
Assist in the planning and execution of employee engagement activities and events.
Assist in drafting HR policies and procedures.
Assist in coordinating and facilitating employee training and development programs.
Assist in conducting employee surveys and analyzing feedback.
Requirements:
Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
