Sales Operations Intern
SCHEDULE: Full-time (40h/week)
Start date 18th April

The platform is the only solution in the world that is specifically creating a common protocol for sustainability compliance.
About The Internship:
We are seeking a Sales Operations Intern to join our team and support the sales operations function. The Sales Operations Intern will work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure that sales processes run smoothly and efficiently. We value candidates who are passionate about what they build, feel a strong sense of ownership over their work, and love being continually challenged.
What you’ll do
You’d learn how to perform sales processes, competitive research and benchmarking project management, and CRM systems. You’d also be responsible for
Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per email.
Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
Staying informed about competing products and services.
Upselling products and services.
Researching and qualifying new leads.
Recent graduate in Marketing or Business Administration or a related field
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and PowerPoint.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Prior experience in sales or sales operations is a plus.
Available to attend a training session in Tangier on April 17th
