Missions :
Responsible of ensuring respect of processes in place, and provide support to team for the smooth production run
takes care of check of the spare parts launching, before production build and make sure all material is available with the team,
suppliers’ backlogs follow up and ensure corrective actions with supplier to improve situation and ensure OTD target in line with realization
track the MRP fluctuation and anticipate issues with suppliers, follow packaging improvement/validation
inventory snapshot review with division
review permanently the safeties level, and QAD parameters to ensure MRP run with correct data and inventory levels of raw materials are always in the targets defined by division, follow up the intercompany purchases and offer of EO
follow up stock discrepancies and recovery, and ANS/KBN integration correctly in order to make sure all stock is visible and ensure no payment issue will happen.
Follow up SOP introduction/ramp up, all suppliers receiving EDI /Webedi to ensure delivery according schedule
Logistic information analysis
Capacity analysis and logistics’ information and -Customer's KPI monitoring through B2B/porta or standard communications
Ensure the conformance of products and processes according IATF, Customer specific requirements, and regulatory requirements and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
Makes sure that all employees perform their duties in compliance with the rules and regulations and encourages them to be involved in the energy, environment, safety and health program.
Provides employees with written job instructions for performing their work safely (e.g. Job environment, safety and health analysis and data sheet, Standard operating procedures, etc.).
Performs frequent walk-throughs of areas, responds to environment, safety and health concerns and ensures that hazards are corrected as soon as possible and proposes energy suggestions.
To be successful in this role :
Education: Master’s degree in Engineering (Logistics/Supply Chain)
Up to 3 year experience in similar position
Ability to prioritize work
Highly effective decision making and problem solving skills
Master planning schedule, good communication & planification skills
Language Skills:
French, English
