Job Purpose
Provides systems administration services to the client customer base and/or back-office applications.
Main Scope/Responsibilities
Installs, configures, administers and optimizes servers (hardware and operating systems)
Installs, configures, and maintains system hardware, applications and application distribution systems
Monitors system utilization and performance
Implements and maintains system security and data recovery processes on servers
Provides technical support for the resolution of all problems regarding servers (hardware and operating systems)
Uses system administration tools for application distribution, asset management, and desktop support as needed
Education
Bac+3 Minimun
Curricula: Computer scienses
Global Experience
3 to 5 years
Specific Experience in the position
1-3 years
Experience with databases, networks (LAN, WAN), and patch management
Knowledge of system security (e.g. intrusion detection systems) and data backup/recovery
Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms
Experience with network diagnostic, monitoring, and analysis tools (e.g. SolarWinds network tools)
Experience with scripting skills
