Key Responsibilities :
Learn Lear’s Systemic Issues Analysis Process to be able to deploy it and lead its activities
Work with the project teams on the identified Systemic Issues, instructing them from a Quality assurance point of view (3x5Whys, Fishbone diagram analysis…)
Review the 3x5Whys from Engineering teams (HW/MECH/SW/SYS): root cause analysis, weaknesses/gaps identification, corrective actions definition…
Give support in Systemic Read-Across creation
Gather and analyze the outcome data from all the Systemic Issues Analysis
Define Action Plans based on the outcome from Systemic Issues Analysis: areas of improvements, process improvements deployment, the data form
Create and share lessons learned
Contribute on the improvements of QA process
Participate in creating documentation such as Talking points, 8Ds, Risk Assessments
Key Skills :
Engineering degree
Background in Software or Systems or Hardware or Mechanical (Automotive development)
Quality knowledge: SUP.1 Quality Assurance, ISO Standards for the Automotive Industry
Problem Resolution skills and methodologies
Process oriented mindset and ability to work with cross-functional teams
Great communication skills
Self-confidence and persuasiveness
English: fluent – Mandatory. French and German highly valued
Knowledge of:
_ Automotive SPICE (V Model)
_Tasks Management (JIRA)
_In case of SW/SYS background: Software and/or Systems design, development, integration and testing…
_In case of HW/MECH background: Hardware and/or Mechanical design, layouts, sample built, sample testing…
