Talent Acquisition & Development Specialist
Rejoignez M‑AUTOMOTIV en tant que Talent Acquisition & Development Specialist à Casablanca. Vous serez responsable de la diffusion d’annonces, du sourcing, de la conduite d’entretiens, de l’onboarding et de la gestion des mobilités internes. Vous contribuerez à l’évaluation annuelle des performances et à l’amélioration continue des processus RH. Ce poste en CDI exige un Bac+5 en RH ou domaine équivalent, 2 à 5 ans d’expérience, et une forte capacité d’organisation, d’adaptabilité et de confidentialité.
